Incotempo is a Company of Transitory Services (EST) of the Group of Incosec Companies, created in the year 2007 under  standard, law 20.123, the only focus is to put available to Companies, workers,  to fulfil  the needs of transitory or occasional services, mainly to meet the following jobs.

• Data Processing Analyst
• Computer Support Personnel
• Promoters
• Client Assistance Executive
• Receptionist
• Juniors, Messenger
• Operator workers
• Warehouse Assistant
• Production Assistant
• Drawing Technicians
• Professionals (Journalists Attorneys, Teachers, Psychologist, amongst  others).

When is it allowed to hire the services for transitory workers

• In the event of absence due to medical leave, maternity leave of absence or holidays.

• In special events, such as, organization of Congress meetings, Conferences, fairs, expositions or similar others

• When new projects of the company using the services are been made, for example, the construction of a new infrastructure, when making the existing premises bigger or in the case of expansion into new markets.

• During the starting periods of activities in new companies.

• In the event of making urgent specific repairs that require immediate attention and cannot be postponed in the premises and service area of the users.
