ACHS puts available to its affiliated companies throughout the country the EQUILIBRIUM PROGRAM, oriented to better the quality of life of its workers. Designed according to the specific need of each company, thru a modular system, the program begins with exercises in the work place with nutrition advice. Then health evaluations can be incorporated, stress management workshops and special program in addiction, amongst others.
The main benefits of the program are> positive impact in the workers health, so they improve their skeletal muscles and their eating habits. In the short run, this translates into productivity improvement as well as an increase in their level of commitment with the company. Moreover thanks to the program, interpersonal relations are promoted, strengthening the work environment into a nicer one.
