Documents

The documents that the affiliate must present to ask for a Family Credit (to be used in any way they want) at any office of Caja Los Andes throughout the country is the following:

• Last income (fixed income) or the last three incomes (variable income)
• Fotocopia de cédula de identidad vigente (solicitante y avales).
• Copy of the I.D up to date (someone who is the endorsee and of the applicant)
• Credit form completed by the solicitor and the person that endorses the solicitor..(when it is needed and the signature of the employer with the seal of the company)
• A promissory note with only the signature and the digital print.
• Receipt that shows the home address, if it is the first time.

Caja Los Andes provides Integral Mortgage Service, according with  the needs of our affiliates.

Full Savings is the benefit that CCAF of Los Andes offers to their affiliates and to the general public.

• Complete availability, with the purpose of savings to be destined for general usage.
• For the Home, with the purpose of getting a home
• Social Security savings , this is voluntary with the objective of increasing your pension or to get it in advance.

Caja Los Andes offers scholarship for education to their workers and to their family, and also has agreements with discount for universities (private or public), professional institutes, for language and college (pre-university). In addition it provides de possibility of getting financing for higher education and bonuses for enrolling as well as important benefits for junior education, intermediate and preschool.

Requirements for Scholarship

• To be a worker student, student of a university of pre or post/ grade.
• To be married with authorized dependants
• To be a son with authorized dependants
• Applications  are in since march to may
• Grades of the semester or of last year

SCHOLARSHIP:

Scholarships are given after background check of the applicant, an amount of money is designated in virtue of recognition of performance of the student

Training

In addition, Caja Los Andes has 18 meeting centres in the country with classrooms in order to teach in person and cognitive, open to all our affiliates.

Agreements

Caja Los Andes, to affiliated workers, spouses, sons and to all of those that are family dependent that want to get in or are now university students or that have and agreement with institutes, the financing is up to 100 per cent of the enrolment fee and up to 100 per cent of the annual fee, throughout the whole career, provided by the social credit.

Caja Los Andes, in its efforts to improve the wellbeing of its affiliates, offers insurance to cover the following contingencies.

• Life Insurance for the affiliates: It covers our affiliates in the event of death or accident.
• Life health Insurance for the family: It covers death, invalidity or serious illness of the affiliate
• Insurance Protection for the home: It covers property and or what is inside of the insured home
• Unemployment Insurance: it covers up to 3 fees of the social credit.

The affiliates of Caja Los Andes can attend several shows and cultural activities *theatre, movies, concert, art expositions and fairs, freely or paying a low amount.

Moreover, in Santiago, the institution has a theatre for 700 people, while in the rest of the country it has modern auditoriums, workshop rooms for cultural events.

In the frame of programs in The era of Knowledge, Caja Los Andes has successfully put together a cycle of speeches and conferences for executives, entrepreneurs and public in general all over the country, addressed by distinguished worldwide personalities , entrepreneurs, sport and journalism.

Caja Los Andes has 11 Vacation Centres *with lodging, 5 centres of vacation and 9 Recreational Centres to visit during the day, located in gorgeous natural locations throughout the country. In addition this locations are provided with rooms prepared for our adherent companies so they can do their events, seminars or other activities.

In order to provide discounts to our affiliates from Caja in Vacation Centres a system was designed to provide a maximum of 50 percent from the list of establishments, considering the following parameters.

• Number of family dependants of the worker
• Average income of the worker.
• How many nights they lodge.
• How many years they belong to Caja
• Affiliates who are residents in extreme zones.

Caja Los Andes provides a certain amount of money for contingency cases

• Marriage>$25.000.
• Pregnancy $ 22.000
• Enrollment for University education for those who are working students. $20.000
• Enrollment for dependants for University education $ 83.000
• Death of dependants of the worker $18.000
• Death of the worker.$116.000.

 If the affiliated of Caja de Los Andes can request his or her Benefits Card to the Human Resources Department in his or her company or in any of the branches of Caja, to access to the Benefits Program, the person can get a discount from 5 percent and up to 20 percent with companies that have an agreement al over the country.
