• Someone who can be an endorsement to the affiliate with a similar income of the affiliated

Documents

The documents that the affiliate must present to ask for a Family Credit (to be used in any way they want) at any office of Caja Los Andes throughout the country is the following:

• Last income (fixed income) or the last three incomes (variable income)
• Fotocopia de cédula de identidad vigente (solicitante y avales).
• Copy of the I.D up to date (someone who is the endorsee and of the applicant)
• Credit form completed by the solicitor and the person that endorses the solicitor..(when it is needed and the signature of the employer with the seal of the company)
• A promissory note with only the signature and the digital print.
• Receipt that shows the home address, if it is the first time.
